I figured there was no way the city leaders weren't going to be involved in the negotiations - they have their own interests to protect, after all - so here they are, in formal dress and ready to rip into discuss things with the Alliance representatives. ♥

But yeah, I FINALLY FINISHED MY EVENT ENTRY FOR . It's not as nicely coloured as I would have liked gfdfgh but I think it's passable. :'D Many thanks to gingy, sky, fish and rusty for providing me with info about each leaders' formal clothing! Though I'm sorry, rusty, I cannot armour. OTL And sky, I hope it was okay that I guessed the rest of Tor'ang's dress and its colours. :'D

I really wanted to do a silly extra with these guys sharing their local specialty foods too, but I don't think I can make the deadline for that. |||OTL So maybe I'll just do it as a post-event thing ahaha
