wahh... i'm sorry i half-assed this but i forgot about the deadline and really wanted to participate ;_; i wanted to draw a cute pacman! so i decided to go with the watercolor effect that i'm used to ...but i'm out of practice so i feel like it turned more into a retro style, ala' older pokemon official art. meh, sorry it's so sloppy.
