All my life he's been invisableOff fighting to honor our family
And keep taint off our name.
But I've stayed home waiting; and
Hard-headed soldier though I am
I cannot help but to fall to distraction.
The pull of the unlawful and illegal
Draws upon me constantly.
I know my father's out there for me
Along with the rest of you.
Running through loud booming fields
In the heat of battle
Where he will be until deceased.
But because he's out there
I'm alone-
So to speak, and my defences are coming down.
I wish he was here for me.

I'm sorry... that's truly touching... though i might say that these two lines:

are kinda redundant...
