Thanks! Any good style, I find, happens either when an artist perfects a particular style and then exceeds it because s/he sees more than is there and tries to achieve it, pushing the medium and that style forward. OR, it happens when an artist fails to achieve mastery (or even basic competency) in a style, gives up, and just does their own thing. Both are good! (I'm the latter.)

Cool. I've been making short strips for my local Newspaper, but I've always wanted to make my own comic-book/Graphic-novel. I think I'm close to creating a style that I like. For what It's worth, you've been an inspiration (even if my project doesn't come to fruition)
