That's true, Elves don't get the haughty arrogant airtime that they used to, I reckon that being near immortal would probably make them view us short lived creatures as little better than animals.

No of course not mate. I just find it odd that in some settings, in fact most fantasy settings evil characters are colour coded for conveniance.

That is because most people based their work on Toikien, and somehow at some point Dark Elves= bad. I think only World of Warcraft stated blue elves do not mean bad.
