Description FINAL  Clay - 14.5" tall

I've always been fascinated by C.S. Lewis's descriptions of the various wood spirits in his Narnia stories. This is how I see one of the Beech tree Dryads.

(I may play around with some different backgrounds for this piece, perhaps outdoors.  We'll see how that works... )

Thanks!  It was a little tricky getting the long feel of the piece, since short focal length cameras (eg., phones) distort so badly.

It's a continuous piece of gray backdrop paper that Bob Eskes gave me the last time we were up there.  I like the way it doesn't show a seam, but I have to be really careful to not wrinkle it.
