i don't know what to name it >.>training to make some details on her clothes, her feather (but fail lol) and playing with lights.

The detail in this is stunning like the patterns on the clothing is just amazing, especially that tree and moon at the bottom. The background is gorgeous and I love the glow on her staff. Excellent

honestly i just draw randomly on her clothes, but in the process, i have an idea, to make stories on her dress and there they are !

i'm using SAI paint tool and Photoshop CS3.
you can do everything with Photoshop series even without SAI though, SAI is good with color blending and easy to use, but SAI can't make a lighting effect or such.
i'd say, get photoshop

Nice work! I love your color choices here, and the design on her dress is fantastic
On a side note, though, I think you made her facial area a bit too busy-looking, with the flamey design on the beak and all. It took me a while to figure out what I was looking at.

Now that's an archangel, if I ever saw one and the runes surrounding it, beautiful and a little envious, since I can't do runes on my own, as they can turn out to be squiggles and spider-like lines.
And the dress, love it. It's a good design of the colorful qipao, but more epic than ever!!
