I like their poses especially the way Diamond is chewing on Pocky like "Yeah, whatup" lol.
I like the idea of the grayscale but kinda would've liked to see maybe another version with a little more color. Like maybe the characters could have been outlined in their respective color. I kinda see it more with Yellow and Ruby but maybe a little bolder for each. Not sure, but it still looks awesome the way it is now.

I think they'd look better if they're whole bodies were colored in the hue of their names, not just their eyes. But It's a good concept overall

but if you think about it every pokedex holder of the first four generations (with the exception of yellow who had yellow hair) had their names match their eye color.

so (left to right) they are: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl and Platina
