w00t, nice vector. For once, somebody hasn't tried to replicate a photo exactly! I really like this one, the hair is very slick and the simplicity really works! I love the idea behind it too. Great stuff!

You have an eye for simple but effective things - good job! The concept really works out and I do like it.
On the technical side there's not much to say either, I'd say it looks fine and clean, keep it up.
