Post the .png file of the cursor on an image hosting site (if the link given below does not work!).

Edit your site / journal CSS.

Copy and Paste this into the body of your CSS: body {cursor: url(http:// fc04.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2013/276/3/8/_cursor__enma_ai_by_offeathers-d6p4l8p.png), auto; }

In the above URL, there's a space between http:// and the actual URL - Erase it.

How to Upload on Your Computer

Save the .cur version somewhere on your computer.

Control Panel -> Search: Curso -> Change How the Mouse Pointer Looks -> Pointer -> Browse -> Click on Saved File -> Apply -> Save
