This one took less time than I expected, but that damn water gave me hell!
Anyway, when I saw the line art by *jotazombie it really called out to me and I HAD to color it! Here's a link to the original -- please check it out and give it some loves! [link]
I was planning on blurring the horizon between the water and sky, but I kind of like the sharpness.
As for the glowing vein things... well, I realize it that *jotazombie probably intended it to be water dripping off of the arms, however I was playing a lot of BioShock when I made this, and the idea of zombies with glowing veins just tickled me pink! So I had to!
The logo in the upper right hand corner was designed by me and finished by one of my BFFs, *TIBryant

I love the coloring, the purple hair is awesome. The water looks surreal, and the leaving the horizon sharp adds to that, but it makes it really stand out. I love the coloring, what else can I say?

Adobe Photoshop Elements 5. What I did here, was made with a combination of layers and effects. The primary two effects I use were "Render Clouds" and "Liquefy" after that it was simple screwing with layer effects and opacities until I got the colors and textures I really wanted.

I don't know the filters, but I'm sure that it'll have a liquefy filter.
