yes, i know Munch has a scream too .. i'm glad they got it back ..the screamer is from Lockstock . created in PS and Bryce.

maybe my eyes are tired (i can see black and white dots everywhere so that's a definite possibility) but she seems fuzzy and like a flickering television image, caught behind a window i don't remember being there before. it's going to sound silly and made up but this makes me feel very much like a small child, makes me want to reach out clumsily and grab her to make sure she's real because i can't quite tell. and with the intersecting sky and sea it's like i'm seeing for the first time that things aren't black and white, that people are flesh and insubstantial, that there's no law or rule that says the things you think you can see sometimes aren't unreal, that strange feeling when you're screaming and you find an empty pocket in your chest that you didn't know before, and you wonder what you lost. i think my throat is beginning to hurt from looking at this.

no, it doesn't sound silly at all.
try this for a sore throat ..
put a large spoon of honey into a mug, then squeeze the juice from half a lemon into it, add boiling water, and then maybe add a dispirin to the mix.
you'll feel your body temperature rising, so stay in bed.

i forgot to say what i meant to say most of all. munch's scream, with the crazy swirling hallucinatory background, and the sucked-in face, made me think of someone watching their world and outside circumstances collapse. he's screaming into himself, and finding partners in his head against whatever horrible conspiracy the world's up to. but this, this makes me think of someone whose outside world is calm and placid and beautiful, and so when she screams it's at the world for not seeing the rotten or deflatable pocket she finds in herself.
and also the absence of a cut-out heart in her hands makes it more terrifying.
i just had to tell you this. it's no use it being in my head.
