it's a beautiful shot. her expression is great and very soft, and her slightly messy hair and the wind add to the wistful feeling.
i would have cropped further in, very slightly, from the top though (or had more space at the bottom). seems a wee off balance.

Way to go man, your well on your way. Keep it up and dont be affraid to do somthing darring or to experiment with the cammera or photoshop. Portraits seem to go along the lines of the more you learn the less you know. Just see what works for you

I wanted it... but didn't have the funds so I went with my new sony...
but anyway...
I love the natural look to this.
She has a very sweet look to her... just a normal day watching the birds fly.. the wind blow... taking time to think.
