not very original... suzy9mm did a similar study on this as well... but hey heads up for a nice shot anyway.

really liked the choice of frosted pawns in the background. even though they r in focus, they give u an effect of a narrow depth of field!
now thts wht i call an original idea
so wht exactly is your improvised studio? am planning out my own studio setup (in a corner of my room... nth elaborate) so ill be glad if u can give me a few tips.

ahh lovely... u use household stuff urself for lighting
even i use thsirts/blankets or even my laptop screens sometimes to get the right background colour

yes its great, its fun to use the household stuff, much interesting than using a real studio.
