There's a half of my heart that has fun with my main group of friends.But sometimes that other half speaks up loudly and suddenly and says,
"Hey, there's that one other friend,
that one special friend. You haven't talked in a while, have you?".
In these instances, I've tried to drown the other half's words with fun things
but the words always stick out in the back of my mind.
And suddenly, I miss her.
And I realize
the other half of my heart misses a half of me
my other half
that I can't live without.
