Me and Marie-Ann where walking down a hill towards a river to take pictures, and as I was just about to make a step, I noticed at the blink of an eye I was about to step right on four or five babby rabbits.. it freaked me out a little..We were playing with them and one tryed hopping away, but the hill was steep as hell so it just tumbled down.. haha cute.
And then blood and guts splattered....
Hahahhaah just kidding..
Yeah so anyways, i took a few pics of them, and we had fun. and they sit closely to our hearts.

Did you know that a mother rabbit will kill her babies to protect them from predators? Seems like defeating the purpose.
I had rabbits, and once or twice my main female killed her litter. Probably cause of a bad/strange smell or a loud noise. I am not sure how old they continue to do that for. The ones you captured are pretty old and very mobil, so I can't see that happening.

Perhaps its the human smell on them, because I know if you find a nest of eyes and man handle them ( lol ) the mother wont like the human smell and she will break the egg. Or if you play with the babies. Or soemthing like that yeah. so maybe its the same for rabbits.

I know crazy shit. When my rabbit had her litters i had to like feed her and leave pretty much. Cause even tho she was as tame as a cat, she still has those wild instincts.
