Not bad. Its a little confusing to look at though. Nothing really anchors you to a particular spot in the shot except maybe the sticks but even then there spread all over in a fairly sporadic manner. I do like the colours.

nice idea there, but the colour of the sticks are unusually green, i would work on it a bit more. it's important to have the right tones, or else it's just sticks on the ground. i would desaturate the colours some more and add a deeper hue near the ends of it. then even with the burn tool you could give it a rotting look. if that is what you were trying to achieve.
