Here she is! My Twilight design. I went for an in-between of Luna's darker colors and Celestia's bright light colors. Twi is a pure Unicorn, this is shown by her long thin legs, her beard(a common and non-gender biased trait), and her long tail. Also, her horn is inspired by Earthson9405's style of horns.

In this AU Twilight is a lot more impatient and knowledge-hungry, having to work through that throughout the series. When she finally does, Celestial ascends her to being an alicorn despite her begging Celestial not to. Originally this was one of her goals, but she learns she'd rather live her life and die with her friends. This causes a rift between her and her Princesses. Over time, this makes Twilight bitter, and centuries after almost everyone she knew passed she falls into darkness... Note, in this AU cutie marks aren't something visible all the time, they are revealed when using magical abilities.

Twilight being held up in her study most of her childhood she had a terrible self-care routine and overall did not look like a princess's pupil. That all changed though when she was tasked with going to a small town away from the kingdom called "Ponyville", where, she stumbled upon Rarity who was appalled by the ink the stains on Twi's hooves and the old unkept braid that kept her hair in a large matted bunch. Rarity offered and helped clean Twilight up as a favor and she accepted. To shorten this up, the first episode goes mainly the same except Fluttershy invites Twi for tea and braids her hair per Rarity's request, this becomes a common thing between the two of them, Twi learning to braid hair while Fluttershy braids hers to keep it properly out of her face. Shy is also gifted a quill later in the series from the phoenix that she babysits. In the end of her days, she gives it to Twi and a mellowed-out retired chaos king takes up the mantle of braiding Twi's hair. The Ink Twi uses is invisible Ink from Rainbow in a never-ending bottle that she heavily enjoys writing with, finding with a bit of magic she can see her writing just fine. Pinkie doodled all over Twi's blank books when she got older so Twi for generations would close her books and see Pinkie's silly writing and doodles. Jack made the fit for the gem on Twi's satchel while the gem was gifted by Rarity to Twi on her death bed.
