Whew! Finally I get to post this!
I was gonna have this finished a month ago but my stylus broke and I had to wait a looking time for a replacement to arrive.

This is also my first ever ice/winter themed Rider, and initially I was gonna make make his animal motif a wolf, but I already have two wolf riders and another in development purgatory, a polar bear was next, but that idea was very common and already taken. So instead I went with the most uncommon animal ever used in Kamen Rider history and went along with it.

Kamen Rider belongs to Toei and Shotaro Ishinomori.
I own nothing except my life and work.

P.S. Now with a new stylus, I'll continue working on the remaining Seiken Template(s). I'll work on his other Wonder Ride Books after that.
