That's pretty cool, I'd consider getting rid of the black stroke around the barcode and do away with the drop shadows under the boxes. Nice ID

I love the photo but I think the boxes conflict with it. From going through your wonderful photos and learning about your style and the artist you seem to be, I don't think the barcode really fits with you (at least from my point of view).
Your cookies, fabulous photography, the comments you give so many of and the photo on your ID really tell people who you are...I just think your overall DevID doesn't.
If you couldn't write or take any more pictures to share with the rest of the world...if you had no voice and if the only form of revealing to the world who you are was through your DevId...what would you want it to be or say?
I could be wrong and I know doing an ID isn't a dire thing...I'm just trying to help and comment honestly. I'm sorry if this comes off wrong. Sometimes trying to be constructive for me doesn't always work.

Hope you don't think this sounds stupid, and forgive me...a bit tired...but it feels very...well...loss of words...Blade Runnerish. Quasi-futuristic. Deserves to be put on glossy paper and laminated. (Sorry...work for an office supply store.) Definitely different from others i've seen...always wanted to try making one of them...but i like the look. love the pic underneath...looks mighty familiar. i think you melded things very nicely.

Very cool, although I have a few critical comments.
1. The barcode is not realistic. It might look more functional if you made the dark stripes solid over the light section of the photo.
2. I think it would look better if the light section of the photo was not centered so much. It just makes it look too balanced and academic.
3. Top left of the black box blends a little too much with the background, or the gray dropshadow pops the bottom right out too much. Either way it looks off balance to me.
Constructively intended, of course.
