Here's an unknown Nippon-Ichi character from Makai Kingdom PSP edition! When I heard about her own timestream manipulation capabilities, I had to do something like this, and besides, she's just too cute!!!

So here's a character zerg rushed into becoming a version of Petta in order to save the future....
