New Zelda was announced, and I was trying to make some fan art for it before beat me to it. Oh well, 2nd isn't bad! XDThe Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks is a new DS Zelda title set in a new era. Using the engine that Phantom Hourglass ran off of, Spirit tracks will be another beautiful and touch based Zelda. Guiding a new link who's begins as a conductor of a train, your mission is a simple delivery until something occurs that has Link dawning on his traditional green outfit!
Of course The legend of Zelda logo and Link is copyright Nintendo!

Based on the title here I expected to see something with ghosts, this works too. Hm, now I'm wondering if the actual game is going to have ghosts as a prominent enemy.

As odd as Link turning into a wolf, or preventing a moon from crashing into the world, or saving a flooded hyrule, or having a talking hat? Seriously, this is one of the tamer twists in the series.

But this isn't strange in a good way. Tame is not the right direction for Link. It's completely out of the ordinary - that's what the series had previously gone for. That's what attracts so many people to the game: imaginative adventure, things that are never seen in other games. But to revolve a game in the series upon trains? A little disappointing.

You're being a little unfair to the game. You're basing the entire game on one fact - the train. That's like saying Twilight princess has an adult link, and ignoring the whole wolf link, twilight realm, and midna. Just because the first trailer showed a train doesn't mean that's what it's entirely based on. The title is SPIRIT tracks, so there's more to it than simple trains. Just give the game time. I mean, it's Zelda. There's never been a bad Zelda (that Ninty or Capcom have made)! ^^
