Completely skipped out on this until the last day, lol.

I got behind on page 23. Then work was super slow because of the water ban that happened here, and it felt like a huge waste of time being stuck there, I decided I could at least try to work on something, so I took a shot at trying some goretober prompts. There was no way I was going to get through much of the list, so I tried to get two themes in each drawing.

Horns/Possession: Turned out funnily reminiscent of the stuff sadistic 18 year old me used to draw of Vilkas all the time, lol.

Sort of an exaggeration of what happens when the strigoi tries to take control of him, at least in terms of the amount of blood, and possibly the amount of bone spur/"horn" growth (unless this is set further down the time line and they've been growing more gradually prior to this, there's no specific context here); the rate of bone spur growth does kick up a bit, his eyes change, and it's in general terrifying and agonizing to him... so, I mean, in Vilkas's mind, this may as well be what's happening.

Needles/Melting: "Needles" is obvious... if not a bit dramatic. As for "melting", I've often heard people describe a melting feeling when describing a heroin high, so I tried for some sort of attempt at being illustrative of a more abstract concept... which is completely out of my comfort zone of literal illustration, my brain doesn't like doing things like this, so I'm if-y on how I think this turned out.

Eye Horror/Amputation: The main, most permanent, injuries that Fenrir and Vilkas inflicted on each other as kids could have both been worse. Fenrir could have lost his eye. Vilkas could have end up needing his arm amputated.
