Description

- Both are the tenth in a lineage of legendary Sci-Fi Heroes (The Doctors/The Hesei Kamen Riders). The titles they receive as a result of this make note of this (The Tenth Doctor/Kamen Rider Decade)

- Both belong to a long-running sci-fi series around a simular time (Kamen Rider/Doctor Who) with immense cultural value within a certain country (Japan/The UK) and are considered fan favorites within it's second, post-cancellation iteration {To clear this up, while Decade is not considered the indisputable number one Rider in the same way Ten is to the Doctors, he was ranked the sixth most popular in the NHK's latest popularity polls.
