Dwarf:
Typically standing around 4'2" but can be anywhere from 3'10" to 4'6", the Dwarfs are a stout but exceptionally sturdy race.
Long lived and hard to kill by default, Dwarf females have even greater longevity and stronger immune systems than their male counterparts.

Despite their robust shape and hairy bodies the strong sexual dimorphism of the dwarves makes it unlikely to confuse them for the males of their gender.

HUMAN FOR SCALE!
Standing a whole foot taller than the dwarf female at around 5'2", the average meadow folk is a lot sturdier than their soft features might imply.
Humans(Meadow Folk in particular) are the most numerous race, known for their humble features, earthen tones, and culture that values protecting the weak, humans are thought to outnumber all other races combined.
MOAR Humans:

Elf:
Your basic high elf, lithe and slender, high elves rely on their agility/perception and magic over brute strength, comparably frail to the other core races, despite their typical longevity they lack the endurance and robust immune systems of the Dwarves.
They stand around 6'6" to 6'10" tall on average(The elves ears in this pic are a bit short I will fix them later)

When clothed, male and female elves are notoriously hard to tell apart ...

Orc:
Although much smaller and less robust than their male counterparts, orc females are still as large or larger than most human males.
Their strength and ferocity is unmatched by the other core races, with their strongest being able to tear weaker races like elves Limb from limb.

They stand around 6'4" to 6'6"
Compared to the males of their race their bony protrusions are much less pronounced, like most races besides elves they have strong sexual dimorphism, with the males being significantly heavier and more monstrous looking than the females.
