Description
This "Bipedal Wrecking Ball" belongs toOne of the cooler character concepts I've done, and probably the largest female character I've ever drawn in terms of musculature, very pleased with the way this turned out.

As far as having a spine implant goes I'd say yes, the details belong to the creator, but from what I know she's a genetically modified being with(as of this picture) minor cybernetic implants. I believe she becomes increasingly more cybernetically and genetically enhanced as the series progresses.
