Description
Various orc races, a commission forDescriptions, from left to right:
(1) Green orcs are pretty standard. Slightly taller than humans, thick and heavily muscled. Moderately hairy with bristly black or grey hair on their head, shoulders, and back. Faces are less bestial than the other orc species with the exception of their tusks. They have long pointed ears and yellow, orange, or red eyes. Skin tones range from dark green to teal usually with mottled patches of grey on the chest and flanks. They have an empire that is as large and advanced as any human kingdom. It started in a desert region so the aesthetic of their clothes and armor reflects that, loose, breathable layers of light colors.
(2) Mountain orcs are about a head taller and more bestial looking than the other species with almost porcine snouts and large tusks. Skin tones are yellow to lime green or light green and significantly lighter than green orcs. They usually have red eyes and thick, matted black hair. They often wear combat trophies in the form of bones, ears, teeth, etc. They come from colder mountain climates and their communities are smaller with armor and weapon crafting roughly equivalent to Dark Age Vikings.
(3) Pallid Orcs facial structure is roughly in between the other two species. Skin tones range from very light green or yellowish, to almost pale white. They have soft yellow eyes and light grey or white hair, though they are significantly less hairy than their surface cousins. They live deep underground and although they have smaller communities, constant competition with the drow and duergar has led to very high quality in their arms and armor.

Your races never cease to amaze me, I don't think you've ever posted anything that I didn't think was fantastic! :3

Thanks man!
I didn't personally design them but I appreciate it nonetheless.
(I will eventually redo my old, and imo, not very good race sheets though, I've been wanting to for a while now lol.)

These are what the Orcs in WoW would look like in our world! Great by the way, the one on the left is my favorite due to the armor.

Haha, are you sure it's not because he looks more like Azog than the other two? Thanks for the comment man.(Sorry for the late reply I've been sort of absent for a while.)

Hm... Pallid orcs. Very interesting. I'd love to see a village of them in their caves.

Sounds like a cool composition, would love to see this race expanded. The description kind of gave me some Skyrim Falmer vibes, albeit a lot more badass.

Your drawing is really great.
The anatomical differences, the outfit, the work to adapt the description to the drawing, etc.
great job

Yeah it's great, I think it works well with the type of aesthetic I believe they were going with the green desert orcs .

Thanks , I tried to make them look somewhat diverse despite being the same race, I was working with some pretty solid descriptions as well.
