TS: So who's birthday is it today, Pinkie?
PP: No one's. I'm just party training.
TS: Party training?
PP: Yap. My last party was over a week ago. I think I've gotten rusty.

You didn't think that anypony could party properly without practise, did you?

That aside, I originally wanted to do Sugercube Corner fully decorated, but I lack of time for that.
That's also why the party cannon is too small and the staircase on the left, as well as some other parts, looks pretty shitty.
(Not that they wouldn't have anyways)
