Need some help though. 1. It appears bigger on my blog, and therefore doesn't fit completely in my sidebar. What can I do to make it smaller. And 2. The background is white on my blog, any ideas how I can change it? I'm on wordpress.

you can get the image URL by right clicking (PC) or command-clicking (MAC) the image and going to copy image location.

Wordpress may or may not support PNGs. In that case exchange the URL in the "img src=" tag with "[link] ", for the JPEG.
As for the sizing. The sizing can be changed by manually entering " width="" and height="" " tags within the img src tag some where after border="0".
I hope this makes sense. If you know the column width in wordpress I can probably make you a custom code, but right now I'm going to sleep.

Sorry about that. I'm not too good at trying to explain HTML coding. There should be plenty of comprehensive tutorials online to help you out, though.
