To be open this app you have to go into system preferences > security and privacy > General > Light/Dark and press open anyway. And it will turn to dark mode if your on light or if your on dark mode it will go to light mode.

I promise my application is not malware I made it with Automator which is a built in app to macOS. I feel upset that apple says I could be doing malware😔

Just add it to your dock and click it when needed!

Open the .dmg file

move light/dark to applications or other destination!
