You may have already discovered how to do it or no but I will say here just in case.
Download the Xnalara program or XPS.
Download this model and stick its folder in the data folder of XNAlara/XPS
Open XNAlara Xps the load the model ( Under the file tab of the menus of XPS/XNA)
Then open the modify tab and ''Export scene as obj'' then use any program of your choice to open the obj file. (Blender for example or Metaseq)
