Hmmm I don’t think I agree with that. While there lekku do store brain matter, I can’t believe a tumble (even a bad one) would automatically equal death. More like if a human knocked there noggin- chance of major injury, but could just leave you dazed.

From the source, impact with the top of her lekku would result in brain damage. Twi’leks Do not have bony skulls to encase the brain in their head tails. Thus, the sensitivity and brain damage if squeezed.

It mentions layers of fat encasing the Lekku and Twi’leks losing part of there’s without suffering permanent loss of function. Like I said, sure it left her hurt and dazed, but I wouldn’t think a tumble would automatically kill her, but agree to disagree.
