I really like this one. Only areas of improvement I would mention is that the horizon is not straight. Easily fixed..
if you wanted to fiddle around with photoshop etc~
I feel that the man could probably do with a bit of sharpening and darkening as the boats are in focus and he is not , afterall, the title of this brings attention to the man. Also the leaves to the left of the picture could do with darkening as they are the prime framing of this picture
Also Id probably get rid of the skyline in the background.
This picture being in black and white and the theme dated, doesnt co-incide with skyscrapers in the distance.
Maybe if this shot was darker overall the shadows would be more pronounced and the brightness not as distracting.
I would have liked to have seen this taken horizontally, that would be extremely interesting.
Nevertheless, this is a really lovely subject. Great moment of capture.

I love how it is so dark and then it goes to the bright water and you cna still see the island in the back ground

This is a great shot - the brightness/contrast works really well and I love how the main subjest is framed by the branches at the top and the ground at the bottom. Great work.
