Hard Light and Darkness Armor Generator (The Dial Driver)
Technology has gone through leaps and bounds in what it can do. In this instance, it can create armor by solidifying light or outright removing it from a specified area.
The Driver Itself: This Driver is split into three sections. The middle section (which is also the biggest) is barren except for parts that look like they're meant to attach to something. This is due to the Driver being incomplete.
The two outer sections are half the length of the middle part, maybe a bit smaller. The left part is all ivory white while the right part is ebony black. Each has a circular groove in it that looks like something of the same shape can be inserted.
The belt is similar to the likes of the Faiz belts in that you need to put it all on, the strap doesn't form if ya just put it on your waist.

Original Kamen Rider System I cam up with. I think I did okay with this, though it's certainly not my best. Really wish I had artist pens, now...
