Description
Artist's note -I've often seen this done on other objects and I wanted to have a go. I'm not sure if I like it or not, but I guess that's up to you to decide your own feelings about it, please let me know!
(No song this time, as this is a test and will probably get removed)

Hah, this is hilarious. Those would be hilarious to have on a Christmas tree, particularly if they were used to tell a story. Great job.

This one is a very popular idea but I haven't seen it done with Christmas balls But I have some suggestions for you.
The first one is positioning. I understand why having them hanging like that gives the most visual to the "faces" of the photo, but you could try some neat things with this. If you had them hanging towards the photo (I.E. the string is coming towards you) even slightly (it doesn't have to be DIRECTLY towards you, just a bit of an angle) then suddenly you've created some visual drama and taken it from a perspective others might not have thought of. What I like to do when I'm out taking photos is see beyond what is directly in front of me and come at it from somewhere unexpected. The setting is your oyster, so to speak.
My other nitpick about this is the inside/indoor lighting again. It's causing a lot of distortion in this photo and the yellowish tones are visually distracting (especially in a photo where you could have a lot of vibrant colours, with the different coloured balls). I really think this would look better with a whitish tone to it rather than the yellow, but again, that can be preference. If you could do this photo again, but with natural lighting, I'd really encourage it.
The balls! You have a chance to have so much fun with this. Though it wouldn't allow for interchangability, I would actually do the faces on the balls and not add them after. It just looks a tad more realistic. Other thing is that you could create a "scene" for the balls to react to. While right now you have them making random face, you could have them responding to a fallen, broken ball. Just for example. That's a part of what makes those photos so great, especially the egg ones.
