Description
So mid way through Season 1, The Green Candle (the source of Tommy's powers went out, and thus The Dragon Powers had to be transferred. The obvious choice was Jason, and so Jason became the Red Dragon Ranger. Even back then, wielding the Power Sword and The Dragon Dagger/Dragon Shield, Jason was one the most powerful Rangers. What I never fully understood about this was if Jason had Tommy's powers, then in part one of Return of a Friend how was a hypnotized Billy able to get the Dragonzoid Dagger for Rita so she could use the Dragonzoid?
I mean if Jason had Tommy's coin wouldn't that mean the dragon dagger was with him and not at the base? Or did I miss something during Tommy's absence after the Green Candle plot?
