I especially dont like how the right eye turned out, it looks a bit of a mess. Was a nice friend of mine I had a really huge crush on. She liked this picture anyhow. But yeah, there's definitely room for improvement.

Eyes, nose, and jaw are uneven.
Everything else is quite well done! Great work here!
