Kamen Rider Batta's final and most powerful form, Kamen Rider Batta Final Form. Final Form debuts in the middle of the story's third arc. This form is accessed with Super Plate and Final Card. How to use it install the Super Plate in the Buckle and enter the Final Card in the Driver

Change Form:
"Greatest ~" (robotic voice)
"Final Henshin!"
"~ Final, Super! Kamen Rider Batta, Final Form!" (Robotic voice)

Final Attack:
"Super Rider!"
"Final! ~ Super Finisher!" (Robotic voice)

This form was created when the top brass from Underground appeared, Hopperior. His strength is far superior to Kamen Rider Batta. When he appeared, Batta was badly beaten by him. In fact, Ifan almost died. For that, Ifan and Adinda are looking for ways to improve the Batta Henshin System again. However, the problem is, Adinda and Ifan do not know how to optimize the system. The only way is to meet Vian. On the other hand, Hopperior plans a public attack.

Arriving at Vian's house, they told him about Hopperior and their request to increase Batta's strength. Vian initially refused, because he was already busy with the Wonder Ranger, but on second thought he changed his mind. He then collected data from the Rider Form and Strong Form battles. While waiting for the data to be collected, Vian advised Ifan to do intense physical exercise until the completion of Batta's improvement.

For days Hopperior didn't appear, Ifan was a little suspicious, but he didn't really think about it because he had to focus on training. He trained with Adinda at a gym. He also trained independently at the headquarters and did combat training with Adinda. He then gets news from Vian that the upgrade has been completed, but in the city of Hopperior appears to mess up the City. He then came to face Hopperior. Even though Hopperior is in control of the fight, Batta is still able to survive than usual. When pressed, Vian came and brought the Super Plate and Final Card. Then Batta used it and transformed into his strongest form. Batta also turned things around, he outperformed the fight. Batta's strength increased and also Ifan had done intense physical training. Ifan's system and physical improvements made Hopperior helpless. He then made the final attack and defeated Hopperior. After that Vian and Ifan separated again, but Vian promised to always help Ifan as a friend and Kamen Rider Batta.

This form is inspired by Kick Hopper and Zero-One. Super Plate references the Zero-Two Driver Unit. This form is very simple, where a few changes and additions from the first form. Her eyes were changed like Zero-One's.
