This is Kamen Rider Batta's second form, Strong Form. This form is obtained when the story enters the final two arc. This form is also a farewell between Ifan (Batta) and Vian because they are working on their personal project. And it was the beginning of Ifan and Batta to collaborate with one of the DKN agents, Adinda Nur. This form is accessed by entering a Strong Card in the Rider Buckle.

Change Form:
"~ Rider" (robotic voice)

Final Attack:
"Rider!"
"Strong! ~ Finisher!" (Robotic voice)

This form was created because of Underground Kaijin, Rhinores have a stronger body resistance than other Underground. Two battles, the result Ifan (Batta) was battered. Ifan then asked Vian to increase the stats of Kamen Rider Batta. Vian then looked at the data on the battle against Rhinores, but the data couldn't make any improvements to the system yet. After that Ifan and Vian were visited by a DKN agent, Adinda Nur. It turns out that DKN knows all of their movements. They were asked to work together to find out who was behind the Underground. After the separation, he headed for Adinda's place which was used as Kamen Rider Batta's new headquarters.

At Vian's headquarters, a white light appeared. Then it dimmed to appear a faint figure carrying a crystal chunk containing five luminous stones. Vian immediately put it in his tool. The figure advanced through the shadows and it was Kato Gentaro.

This form is inspired by Kuuga Mighty Form, Kabuto Rider Form and Kamen Rider Stronger. This form is suitable for fighting Underground Kaijin who excel in terms of endurance and body strength.
