Kazami Shiro comes from an affluent and harmonious family. He is also known as a good son and an older brother who loves his little sister very much. Kazami likes motorcycle racing, because of that he is Hongo Takeshi's junior.

One night, they throw a small party to celebrate Kazami's graduation. But in the midst of happiness, comes a terrible tragedy. The entire Kazami family was massacred by a group of people. Kazami survived, but was dying. Duo Rider arrives, but is too late. Kazami was taken care of by Takeshi and Hayato. When he woke up, Kazami asked about his family. Hongo informs that his family was massacred by a group calling themselves Destron. Hearing that, Kazami asked Duo Rider to make him Kamen Rider to eliminate Destron. Since then, Kamen Rider V3, the third Kamen Rider was born.

V3 has the combined strength of Kamen Rider and Kamen Rider 2. He has a kick as strong as Kamen Rider and punches as strong as Kamen Rider 2. He also has a jump that exceeds Kamen Rider.
