Crossover event between Revertizer and Prime Ranger. This event takes place at the end of the second arc of the story. Here they will fight Breakers who take Dimejacker's power.

The story begins with one of the Breakers collecting Dimejacker's corpses and absorbing the remnants of their strength. After that he messed up various dimensions. The Prime Ranger mentor was then approached by the Master Ranger in the form of light giving temporary strength to the Prime Ranger and Guardizer. After that, Mentor gathered the Rangers back and gave Prime Ranger power back. They get a mission about aliens who mess up various dimensions. They also looked for him, but now they are accompanied by the Revertizer. They navigate various dimensions until they find Breaker in Nexus Dimension. Arriving there, they were overwhelmed by the Breaker who could also raise the previous kaijin. They were cornered by Sentai's previous enemies and temporarily retreated.

Arriving at the Prime Ranger headquarters, there was an argument between Revert First and Prime Ranger (except Prime 3 and Guardizer). The Master Ranger then took over Gentaro's body and broke up their argument. After the atmosphere had started to dissolve, they devised a plan and returned to fighting the Breaker. This time they get help from Defendizer and Destroyer against previous Sentai enemies. They also beat Breaker with great difficulty. However, all of Sentai's enemies that had been defeated became rays of darkness and flew away from the earth. After that they separated and Prime Ranger became the first Sentai who could access Sentai Grid again. However, the Master Ranger had a bad feeling.
