"Well well," Drain said as Scarlet crouched over him. "Looks like Meika's gotten herself a little guard dog." Scarlet suddenly grabbed him by the throat.

"Bastard," Scarlet growled as her grip tightened around Drain's throat. "Go to hell."

"Sweetheart, if Hell looked like you, no one would want to go to heaven," Drain said.

"Keep it up, fucker, flattery doesn't work on me," Scarlet said.

"Keep your choking up," Drain said. "I'm sure you can realize it by now that this doesn't work on me. But it works on you," he suddenly moved upward seizing Scarlet by her throat. He then stood up lifting Scarlet off the ground.

"You have spirit," Drain said. "You came at me with fire in your heart, don't ever lose that." He lifted Scarlet over his head.
