Scarlet's ear twitched, and she turned to see James and Christian staring at her."Oh, sorry," Scarlet said apologetically. "I hope I didn't startle you."
"What was that?" James said in bewilderment.
"I was kinda letting my anger out," Scarlet replied, stratching her head.
"On a tree?" James exclaimed in a slightly humerous tone.
"Yeah, kinda," Scarlet replied with a chuckle.
"Feel any better?" Christian asked.
"Yes," Scarlet replied, then noticing that it wasn't James who spoke turned to Christian. "Who are you?"
"Christian Bronse," Christian said, holding out his hand.
"Scarlet Gallo," Scarlet replied, taking Christian's hand and shaking it but eyeing him suspiciously.
"It is a pleasure to finally meet you, Scarlet," Christian said.
"Pleasure," Scarlet replied and then turning to her trailer, added. "Hungry?"
"Starving," James replied.
"I wouldn't mind a bite," Christian replied. Scarlet opened the door and James walked into the trailer. Christian stepped up and held the door open.
"After you," Christian said, with a charming smile. Scarlet blinked in confusion and then looked up at Christian. and their eyes locked for a moment.
"Uh...," Scarlet murmured. For the first time in her life, she didn't know how to respond.
