quirk description: Rishu’s joints are detachable, making her able to detach her limbs from her body while still being in full control of them. Her skin grows over most of the opening, leaving just a tip of her bone exposed. This has greatly increased the durability of her body. By being able to detach her limbs she’s able to handle much higher amounts of energy (and thus power), since she can just pop off her limb if it has too much energy, transforming potential energy(that can break her bones) into kinetic energy. If you hit her with a hard enough blow to the chest, her body will detach all limbs to protect it from damage. This concept can also work in reverse to an extend.
Regeneration
Thanks to the nature of her quirk, the skin and muscle tissue around her joints are very quick to reattach and regenerate. This makes Rishu recover from cuts much faster than the average person.
Rishu is also able to regenerate limbs once a piece has been detached from the main body or she loses contact with it. Regeneration time depends on the limb of course, a finger or toe takes about a week, while a full arm or leg can take up to an entire month.

-While Rishu can control her joints for the most part, her body will do it by reflex if exposed to too much force to avoid getting damaged.
-It is still possible for Rishu to get injured and break bones if she underestimates the force her body will be exposed to and there are no joints to detach.
-If Rishu leaves a limb separated for over 12 hours or outside of a 3 kilometre radius (~2 miles) away from her body, Rishu loses contact with that limb and it’ll die off.

Rishu was born to a pro hero with a lego quirk and a secretary with a frankengirl quirk, a married couple living within the hero world. Raised within the hero world, it only made sense that Rishu wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps. That said, it was pretty shocking when Rishu’s quirk finally reared its head when she was an infant. Rishu wasn’t born with the scars around her joints, this was something that she developed over time as she used her quirk more and more. Her lighthearted behaviour very much mirrored her father’s who was a very child friendly hero, on the other hand his strictness created a more rebellious and reckless side. While her father didn’t attend UA, Rishu had been dreaming of getting into one of the best schools of the country.
