Gorgeous work on this one. I especially feel the colouring in the eyes and detailing on her hair, as well as the smirk grin. I feel that helps add some character to her.
I like the subtle hint of nipples; enough to give the piece the more mature theme that the winner wanted, while at the same time, not as out there as some of my commissions 
The way she's sat in the chair and holds her drink also helps add some personality to the piece (will she throw it away in a second, asking "What is a man?") and I really like the overall design of the pirate throne and the deck behind her.

Ahh okay. I thought this had your take on her design. Either way, I really like it, and as you know, I'd be interested in drawing her some day.
And I agree, that crossover would be amazing! Personally though, I prefer either a neutral fight (i.e. no clear winner) or the characters working together, even temporarily. I've had some bad experiences with "OC vs OC", resulting in the other creator's character getting their ass handed to them. Sufficed to say, I'm not a fan as I feel it's disrespectful.

Pretty much just her in my style, hence she looks so different. And yup, I think Pedro's idea was the best, back to back fighting against an army of radioactive cyborg ninjas (ok, that last part was me lol...).

Oh, I realise realistic pirates suck. Still though, I prefer the fantasy ones like Gokaiger and PotC (well, the first one anyway). Plus, some of my favourite Final Fantasy girls are pirates

Fantasy pirates for me are a bit heavier in the scale for me in the "ninjas vs pirates" debate, since for me pirates seems to have more potential because they can be pretty much anything. Ninjas are mostly bounded to "We live in the shadows", "I'm the evil ninja" and "I'm the ninja that fights for justice" tropes.

Yeah, I agree. They always have a sense of adventure and going wherever they want, which I adore, and I think that is the direction I want to take Paru and her crew.
Ninjas I am mixed on in general. On the one hand, I've been a fan of the TMNT since I was a kid, especially when it comes to the more darker/closer to the original comics take. Likewise, I quite like the ones in the Usagi Yojimbo comics. On the other hand, I was never a big fan of Naruto and that has spoiled ninjas for me ever so slightly.

Ugh... I hate naruto a lot. Never been able to digest more than one episode. Now, for me what I call AWESOME involving ninjas is Basilisk (there seems to be a sequel but... I refuse to accept it). If ninja were like that... wow...

I read a few volumes of the manga before giving up on it. To me, Naruto could be tolerable when he was alone, but when surrounded by Sasuke and Sakura, I couldn't stand the trio. By contrast, their mentor Kakashi was an interesting character and I liked some of the side characters but they weren't the focus of the series, so I lost interest.
I can't say I've heard of it, but I'll keep my eyes out for it.

I recommend it. I've watched it with a few friends who haven't played the games, and all of them enjoyed it. I will say it kinda just ends, but I believe it's due to the series using a script for a trilogy that was first penned back in 2007 that never took off. I believe season 1 is based off the first film, with season 2 covering the second and third ones.

Oh no, I did watch it and loved it. It actually pissed me off how it got negative critiques because "it has many clichès". Well, castlevania IS a cliche story, I wouldn't have it any other way

You know, we may have discussed this before . Either way, I agree, clichès can be fun, and I disagree with the mentality that using one automatically makes something bad. As you said, Castlevania runs on clichès so removing it from the franchise could lead to a badly handled deconstruction (a criticism I've seen some give to TLJ) and/or removing some of the fun from the series.

I think I've said this before, but I disagree with the "tropes = bad" mentality. They can still add fun elements to a story, and it potentially rules out the possibility of offering a different spin on the concept.

Sadly nowadays "tropes = bad" is the mentality. I'm not saying that it is an instant win combination, and honest I hate when they abuse them and don't even bother in being creative at all but I can't just scratch something because one of its elements (well, I can but you get my point)

I agree. As they say, all ideas have been used but the key is to find new ways to use them. I feel the same way about tropes; many of them are cliche but they can still be interesting when well handled.

Jokes aside, I really like the shading of this artwork. Especially the leather effect of her boots as well as the fabric effect of her clothing is perfect. You can instantly tell that they are made of different materials.
