What a clever idea! I think it's easy for northerners like me to forget how much holiday celebrations are influenced by local seasons and natural landscapes, this certainly introduces some diversity into the mix for me.

For the most part we still associate Christmas with holly/pine/snow/reindeer motifs like Northern Hemisphere cultures, even though Christmas takes place in our 40C summers

Oh the detail on this is just lush! That numbat especially is beautifully drawn, I love the fine strokes on his tail and the way his fur parts. And great job on the tricky bits of the flowers!

I did google them actually, because the first time I ever saw a numbat was in your drawing xD and I was curious to see more of them. Seriously adorable creatures.
Flowers are always tricky, that's why I have a great deal of admiration for anyone that's able to draw or paint them realistically. Also my pleasure <3
