Well its very simple, but in most cases simplicity is best. The lighting stands out and has been superbly done. Theres some nice flow and depth is shown rather briefly but still effectively. The bubble effect is also very nice but I feel you could've done more with it.

The sig doesn't feel empty but plain. You could easily get away with more bubbles towards the left of the sig and the approach to her face on the right. Commenting on anything else would be more nitpicking on my be half then anything else.

In the end it normally comes to whether the viewer likes your art, and I do. It gives a subtle underwater feeling and the bubbles from the C4D works well.
