EDIT (8/31/12): Added the 4 new PAX Prime reveals: Evil Cole, Raiden, Nariko, and Sir Dan Fortesque as well as Dart is apparently a huge fan favorite.
My second take on the Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale Roster.
I made this one a little more reasonable and can definitely see this being the final roster (...hopefully)
The first 2 rows are all confirmed.
Cloud was recently 'leaked' by a journalist (still iffy about its legitimacy). Also, Omar Kendall (Game Director) made a comment regarding a Final Fantasy character.
Crash was recently hinted at by a now removed tweet by Activision referring to SuperBot when asked about his inclusion in the game.
From then on is all speculation, but reasonable speculation.

Spyro is a rare Purple Dragon.He has the power to control Elements.The Elements he has control over are Fire, Ice, Earth, and Electricity/Lightning.His Final Smash could be when he transforms into Dark Spyro and uses his Dragon Rage attack.
Cynder is female dragon.She was once over-taken with darkness,but she was rescued by Spyro.Because she was once evil, her Powers are different.Her elements are Darkness,Wind,Poison,and Fear.Her Final Smash could be Similar Β to Spyro's Final Smash.

As much as I love the thought of Dante and Cloud Dukeing it out, IGN just crushed all our hopes. There wont even be a sequel because Sony severed it's connection with the company that made the game. Even MORE they said there will NOT be any more DLC for the game...

When I added the DLC characters, I took out a few to make room for them, Dart just happened to be one of them.

Having both Sora and Cloud seem rather unlikely, just like Snake, because we're talking about having 2 3rd-party characters for the same company: Square Enix and Konami. For Square-Enix, I'd say that it would be either Cloud, since FF7 was the killer app for the PSX, or Sora, since Kingdom Hearts started as a Sony exclusive... and it still is mostly on Sony's consoles, with a spin-off only for DS and 3DS.
Snake is pretty much "barred", not only because Raiden is there to represent Metal Gear Solid/Rising, which is mostly a Sony series, but Snake has already been featured in 2 crossover brawlers: DreamMix TV World Fighters and Super Smash Bros Brawl. I don't think that Konami and Kojima want Snake to be a mere guest in another crossover brawler.
The only 3rd-party characters that seem "logical" are Crash and Spyro. Yes, they are now Activision characters, but they were first developped by Naughty Dog, now in charge of Jax & Daxter and Uncharted, and Insomniac Games, now in charge of Ratchet & Clank and Resistance. Since they started as Sony exclusives and made by now-sub-divisions of Sony, they deserve a shot even if they are both Activision IPs now, as many people consider them to be Sony IPs at heart even today.

A agree with your additions lol, they were even on my video of doods I wanted in the game. I hear they are negotiating for crash which has my hopes up for more dlc doods too

I am so very excited for this game. Loved playing the Super Smash Brothers games so this should be no different. Nathan Drake is my favourite of the bunch as I adore the Uncharted series

Gex and Ty. If Ty's not likely enough for you, Pyramid Head, cause' I can so see him getting in. Silent Hill is extremely iconic to Playstation. Aside from maybe licensing, there would be no reason he WOULDN'T be in.

Ya know what? I'd be perfectly happy with this roster. It has my main 3 I wanted (Cole, Sir Dan, Spyro), others that I'd be happy to have (Crash, Cloud, Snake, Sora) and enough to please pretty much everyone. The sole thing missing is Dart, I don't mind not having him, but alot of people want him. I imagine he's one of those characters that SuperBot "didn't realize has such a strong following" they mentioned early on.

Yea, prior to all the talk about this game, I had never heard of Dart, to be honest. So judging by all the want for him, I may add him in one of those ?'s soon.

I'd heard of him, infact I watched a small part of my cousin's playthrough years ago, it looked cool but I never got the mind to play it myself. I pretty much forgot it existed until PSASBR though lol.
PSASBR also did one great thing for me, MediEvil. I have vague memories of playing it on a demo disk when I was little, but once again forgot about it. It wasn't until this game was announced that I got curious and finally bought the first game on the PSN. Now it's my most wanted series reboot.
