Personality: Very quiet and aloof, she grew up practically alone and her social skills reflect that. She is an introvert, and can come off as bitter and cold but is actually afraid of being hurt due to her past. She has trouble explaining her feelings and thoughts and thus becomes very frustrated when other's don't understand her point of view. This can cause her to snap at other's and make her seem even less approachable. Despite this she is very caring and intelligent and does her best to heal and help any animal she comes across.

Bio: Her mother was a wanderer and her father a pack dog, her father's pack did not approve of his relationship with a non pack dog so he left his pack to become a wanderer with his mate, later on Shani was born to them. One day her family was attacked by hunters and her father told her to run and get help from his previous pack mates. When she reached his old territory, however his pack turned her away, refusing to help a dog who turned their back on his pack for a 'filthy wanderer', by the time she returned to her parents they where gone, all that was left was the stench of fear, blood, and her mother's flower limp on the ground. Because of this Shani has a large dislike and distrust for pack dogs, believing them to all be selfish and ignorant, and refuses to associate with them. She is a healer though, taught by her mother, and tries to help any animal she comes across, as she never wants anyone to feel as helpless and alone as she did once.

Relationships: She was extremely close to her parents as a pup before they died, especially her mother who taught her all the healing she knows. Spending most of her life alone, her social skills are not the best, she prefers the isolation however, rather not risking to get close to someone only to lose them again. One day however she helps a male dog named Jabari out of a hunter's trap and heals his wounds, what she didn't expect was this flirtations idiot to follower around making what he probably thought where 'charming' advances. She isn't swayed, not at all... REALLY. Eventually though she finds herself growing fond of the obnoxious egotistical ass, and enters a relationship with him. The two are now a very happy mated pair. (she still makes sure to knock him down a peg or two when he's really getting annoying, she doesn't take his bullshit)
