NOTE: This is not intended to make fun of mental illnesses in any way! I have a few myself and support others who do as well.The Sign says: Please Help, Need $ For Psychotherapy And Medication!! And the pill bottles are actually mine, from my psych drugs
Sometimes I wish I could just do this for real so I actually could afford those things -.-

This portrays well how hard it is to get the proper help when you cannot afford to pay for it. I can't afford therapy even though I know I really need to go.

A powerful message. The mental health care system where I live sucks pretty bad. What really sucks is that private insurance here, I'm not sure about other places, won't cover you if you've been hospitalized for a mental illness. You have to try to get other help, and it can be really hard to get it. With some prescriptions costing hundreds of dollars, the system is basically designed to screw people over. It's horrible.
